Bake for Syria

The latest from the #CookForSyria team - winner of Observer Food Awards for Best Ethical Food Project - the ‘#BakeForSyria’ recipe book is curated by renowned baker Lily Vanilli, with Clerkenwell Boy and Serena Guen.

‘#BakeForSyria’ includes over a hundred recipes for Syrian-inspired baked goods and desserts. With a mix of sweet and savoury dishes, the recipes range from traditional Middle Eastern - some handed down over generations - to brand-new culinary creations. All the recipes are donated by leading bakers and chefs from around the world, as well as Syrian chefs and refugees.

Proceeds raised are donated to UNICEF UK’s Syria appeal, via Next Generation London, a fundraising group of UNICEF UK.
