Agreed Terms and Conditions (April 2025)

1. The contract

If you place an order online to purchase a product from UNICEF Enterprises Limited, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we deliver the product to you. Any products on the same order which we have not delivered to you do not form part of that contract.

UNICEF Enterprises Limited does not sell to children under the age of 18 years old. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order using their details and approval.

If you make a donation through our Inspired Gifts range, that transaction will be facilitated directly by UNICEF UK.

2. Privacy

3. Description and Condition of the Goods

We endeavour to ensure all product details, descriptions and prices are accurate. We reserve the right to refuse orders if product information is incorrect.

4. Availability

All goods are subject to availability. We may withdraw items from sale at any time without notice.

5. Delivery
  • £3.95 for standard delivery
  • £6.95 for express delivery (1 working day)
  • No international shipping

All products are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days.

6. Events beyond UNICEF Enterprises Limited’s Control (Force Majeure)

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Disclaimers

We do not manufacture or control items sold on our site. Listing does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

8. Cancellation and Return Policy (non-donation products)

You may return items within 28 days (or until end of January for December purchases).

Returns must include all packaging and a note with order number and reason. Refunds processed within 14 days. Return used, washed, or worn items is not accepted.

Refund includes item cost and delivery (if all items in the order are returned). Return delivery is recommended to be tracked.

Refunds will be issued to original payment method. Opened items can only be returned if faulty. Exchanges must be for the same value and type.

9. Cancellation and Return Policy for Donation Products

Donation-based items (Inspired Gifts, Advent calendars, Paddington’s Postcards) are donations to UNICEF UK.

  • Paddington’s Postcards sets up an £8 monthly or annual donation, with up to 12 monthly gifts. Donations continue after 12 months unless cancelled.
  • Eligible for Gift Aid with a declaration.

Donations are voluntary. Refunds are considered only under criteria consistent with Charity Law and UNICEF UK’s donation policy.

10. Cost of Returns

If returning due to our error or a faulty item, we provide a Freepost address for free return shipping.

11. Losses

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses. We do not limit liability for death or injury caused by our negligence.

12. Amendments to Conditions

We may change these terms and site policies at any time. Conditions in effect at time of use/order apply unless changes are required by law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
