Please note, refunds are not available for donations including on Advent calendars and Inspired Gifts.
Refunds on products will be available for up to 14 days from the day you receive your order. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note, we cannot accept the return of products which have been used, washed, or worn. All items must be in the original packaging with labels attached. Any items that fail to meet these criteria will not be accepted.
If the return is not the result of an error by UNICEF UK, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s). Please send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the returns centre in their original condition.
