Ethical sourcing is at the heart of our latest collection. We demand that UNICEF suppliers – no matter where they are located, how big or how small – adhere to standards on the fundamental rights of their employees, and in particular the complete prohibition of child labour. We are delighted to bring to you a selected range of quality, attractive greeting cards and gifts designed to raise funds to support UNICEF’s programmes for children around the world. Many of the exquisite new gifts offered in our shop have been sourced from community projects and small companies who import from fair-trade sources, including the range of jewellery, bags, incense sets and candles.
All UNICEF cards and gifts are developed and produced to the highest international standards of quality, safety, social responsibility and environmental protection. We actively support artisans in our inspiring hand-crafted range. UNICEF engages only with socially-responsible workshops and producers that conform to our principles ensuring UNICEF helps to protect the environment for generations to come. Eco-friendly and recycled materials are used in the production of many of our gifts, such as the Indian sari journals, photo-frame, stationery items, candles, t-lights and gift wrap. We use only wood and paper from certified sources and exclude materials that can negatively impact nature.
