Your order

Your order is with Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions. UNICEF UK will receive half of the net profits of the sale of cards and gifts sold as part of our Christmas campaign. The share of net profits based on previous years results is estimated to be £200,000 but is guaranteed to be not less than £50,000.

The full purchase value of UNICEF Inspired Gifts and all donations added to your order will go to UNICEF UK.

How to pay

We accept UNICEF Visa card, Switch, Mastercard and Visa card. We cannot accept payment by cheque for orders made online. Postage and packaging charges apply. Delivery can be made to the UK and Channel Islands only.

We offer two delivery options:

• Standard Delivery (£4.95)  - allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
• Express Delivery (£9.95) - if you place your order by midday (Monday to Friday) we can deliver within 2 working days. Orders placed after midday will be delivered within 3 working days. This service applies to mainland UK only. Express Delivery is not available on personalised cards or Inspired Gift cards.

Ordering from outside the UK and Channel Islands

We can only deliver within the UK and Channel Islands. If you are not based in the UK or Channel Islands, please http://www.unicef.org/infobycountry/index.html.

Delivery

Your order will be processed straight away but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Cards and gifts delivery will be made within 10* working days for Standard Delivery service and within 3* working days if you have chosen our Express Delivery service.

Personalised cards will be delivered within 10* working days. Express delivery is not available on these items.

Inspired Gift cards will be delivered within 4 working days. Express delivery is not available on these items.

Payment will usually be taken when the goods are despatched. For personalised cards and Inspired Gifts, payment will be taken at the order processing stage. If you have any enquiries about this, please call 0844 888 5545 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) quoting your order reference number.
